Brisbane Frontrunners generally has two (2) running routes; a 7km plus circuit for long distance runners and a 5km route for moderate to short distance runners. The 5km route is also used by our walkers in the group. These routes are only a guide and most of our members will vary the route based on their fitness levels and goals. If you are new to the group, it is recommended you find a buddy with a similar fitness level to guide you on your first run or walk.
