With the cooler months now upon us its time to consider coming along and joining our group on a Monday or Thursday night.
We cater for all levels of walkers and runners so dont be put off by the fact that you may not be a good runner or haven’t walked much before.
We are a very social group as well and usually head out for dinner after each session.
